For the 300 seats for which applications are sought in UPPCS 2019, only 13 times more than the number of seats will be selected for the main examination. In view of this, to pass the Pre-Examination, you have to walk with a target of correcting at least 105 questions to 110 questions. Now the question arises that how is it possible to correct 110 questions?

Take the subject of history first. There are about 25 to 30 questions in the history, of which 65-75% questions are from modern India. That is, from 15 to 20 questions. Try that none of your questions are wrong from modern India. The important topics which are there in ancient India and medieval India must be prepared. Along with any standard book in history, definitely read the events. So that if the questions asked in previous years come in the paper, then it is not wrong. There are also 20-25 questions from the topic of Geography, out of which about 50-60 percent are from Geography of India. Never read geography without a map. Geography would never be assimilated without a map. Also try from Geography that all questions are correct except 1-2 questions. Most of the contestants have a good geography of India, but the world geography is a bit big and tough, so most of the contestants feel the difficulty in world geography.

But I would like to ask you to pay special attention to the world bhagol. This is the area where you can make an edge over others. About 15-20 questions come from the constitution. Since the questions asked by the Constitution are theoretical, it is necessary to have an understanding of the concept along with memorization. Try that all your answers asked by the constitution are completely correct. Current Affairs asks about 25-35 questions. Try to get all the questions except your 2-3 questions correct. There are definitely 2-3 questions that you will not find in any book, magazine etc. So do not care about such questions. Try not to miss any of the questions read. Now focus exclusively on Daily Current Affairs.

Read a good national newspaper and good magazine in your daily dose and give about 1 hour daily to current affairs. Taking current affairs lightly or paying less attention can be suicidal. But do not put so much power on current affairs that you are not able to give the necessary attention to traditional subjects (eg history, geography). About 10-15 questions are asked from Science, most of which are from Biology and Chemistry. 10-15 questions are also asked from economics. Most of which are based on current affairs. There are 5-10 questions on the population and about 10-20 questions are asked from the environment. Try not to get any of your questions related to the environment and population wrong. Since 15–20 questions will come up, combining both the population and the environment. About 10-15 questions will be asked from Uttar Pradesh. Some of which will be based on the schemes of the current Uttar Pradesh government. Therefore, pay special attention to the various schemes run by the Uttar Pradesh government. After doing so, your selection is confirmed.
