Shimla: Chief Minister Jairam Thakur was summoned for a reply, the opposition was shocked that opposition members were not given full opportunity to speak in the discussion. There was a debate between the central treasury benches and the opposition. Congress MLA shouts slogans. In the midst, CM Jairam Thakur started giving his reply.

While shouting slogans, the opposition member started shouting slogans against the government too. Congress MLA sat down on the floor. When the speaker was calling the Chief Minister to reply on the adjournment motion, leader of the opposition Mukesh Agnihotri said that "The house meeting on Tuesday was extended to the minister, while not being extended to members. Give those who brought the proposal an opportunity to speak".

CM said the behaviour of the opposition is shocking. The chief minister said he had to reply at 3 pm on Tuesday, but when the opposition said it should be carried forward, it was extended. If the health minister does not speak on COVID-19, who will speak. The opposition member from this central house walked out. The chief minister said that the opposition staged a walkout yesterday. The chief minister said, "If you went out, you will not get attendance". The debate in the House continues unabated.
