'UPTET Exam 2021' cancellation leaves students angry

Lucknow: The UP Teacher Eligibility Test to be held in two shifts on November 28, 2021, has been postponed due to leakage of the UPTET Exam 2021 paper. The examination was being conducted at 736 centres in the State and the total number of candidates participating was 19,99,418. The students have been angry on social media after the same exam was cancelled. Reacting on social media platform Twitter, people are also cornering the Yogi government. Many people tried to corner the government in the leakage of papers on social media and some even took a dig.

On the Samajwadi party side, Juhi Singh hit out at the Yogi government saying the leakage of the paper is a major failure of the government. The disappointed candidates, who came out of the TET examination centre in Bulandshahr, tried to create an uproar by expressing their displeasure but the police persuaded them to send them back.

 

 

In the same paper leak case, 4 persons have been arrested from Lucknow, 3 from Shamli, 2 from Ayodhya, 1 from Kaushambi and 13 from Prayagraj. After the leakage of the exam paper, Dr Satish Dwivedi, Minister of Basic Education, Uttar Pradesh said, "Uttar Pradesh TET exam paper has been reported to have been leaked, so the examination of both the shifts is being postponed with immediate effect. The examination will again be conducted within a month without charging any fee from the candidates. Instructions have been issued for FIR and an inquiry is being handed over to Uttar Pradesh STF to identify the culprits and take strict action against them.''
