Rating – 2.5 /5

Vicky Kaushal starrer much awaiting movie Uri is finally released today. The fans are very excited aboit the film as it is based on 2016 Indian Army's surgical strike in Pakistan as a retaliation of the Uri attacks. Vickey Kaushal wins the hearts of the fans as Major Vihaan Shergil but movie is quite unimpressive.

Uri shows the bravery of the Indian Army who conducted a surgical stike in the neighbour country Pakistan in oder to take the revange of the URI attacks. The actions scene in the film are quite good. Talking about the performances of the actors, Vicky Kaushal has delivered one of its best performance in the film.  Paresh Rawal as Govind– a possible stand-in for National Security Advisor Ajit Doval is also brilliant as usual. Mohit Raina and Yami also done their work well. Inspite of Brilliant performance, the film fails to deliver what is expected from it.If yor are fans of war movies then you can go for it.

The film features Vicky Kaushal, Paresh Rawal, Mohit Raina and Yami Gautam in pivotal parts. It is written and directed by debutant Aditya Dhar and produced by Ronnie Screwvala under his banner RSVP Movies.
