Noted American businessman Barry Dillar has presented a grand gift to the people of his city. They have set up a floating park over the Hudson River in Manhattan, New York. Barry's foundation has spent about $19 billion, meaning $260 million, to build the Hudson River Park project.

Barry has been considered America's top businessman. He has played CEOs in popular Hollywood production companies such as Paramount Pictures and 20th Century Fox. The Hudson River is seen on one side of the park floating above the river. On the other hand, the city of Manhattan in New York appears.

The same project was announced in 2014, but Barry's project raised several questions and sued that it would end the marine life of the river. Then, when his project appeared to be coming to an end, in 2017, he had made up his mind to pull out of the project in view of the rising prices, but he was finally allowed to build the park. Barry has also committed $120 million, or 8.75 billion rupees, for the park in the next ten years. It will not only be a park but also an artistic space. Live performances will also be performed at several stages here.
