Kabul: Khalilzad, the special envoy of the US, reached Kabul on Wednesday for talks with local leaders for the purpose of establishing peace in Afghanistan. Let us tell you that this peace talks started again on December 7 last. But four days later, the US had postponed talks about the terrorist attack near the US military base in Bagram, Afghanistan. The Taliban was so confident that by Christmas or the beginning of the new year, the United States would announce the agreement.
