US Open: Coco Gauff cries on getting defeated by Naomi Osaka

New Delhi: Coco Gauff started crying after losing the match to the world's top female tennis player in a US Open match. Gauff was beaten by Naomi Osaka 6-3, 6–0. The 15-year-old Gough started to cry bitterly. After which Japanese star Osaka hugged the opponent and hugged him. Osaka told that when he shook hands with Coco, he saw that his tears were coming. She is also so small.

Osaka said that she wanted Gauff to feel that he should head up from the court, because he made it to this place at such a young age. Serena Williams described Coco as the 'future of women's tennis', while Novak Djokovic called her the 'new superstar', becoming the youngest player to reach the third round here after Anna Kournikova in 1996.

Three-time champion Rafael Nadal defeated qualifier Chung Heon 6-3, 6-4, 6-2. They will face 2014 champion Marin Chilich, who defeated John Isner in a four-set match to make it to the quarterfinals. Sixth seed Alexander Zverev advanced to the next round by defeating Elijaz Badene 6-7, 7-6, 6-3 7-6.
