The US has intervened in the effort to deliver oil to Venezuela from Iran. Under which the US has seized four tankers. US officials said on Thursday that Iran and Venezuela have been banned, and this action has been taken to increase pressure on these two countries. But Iran's Ambassador to Venezuela Hozad Sultani on Thursday tweeted that neither the boats nor their owners are Iranian. Sultani said that this is another lie being spread by America.

A case was filed by federal prosecutors in Washington last month, in which many allegations were made. It was said that the sale was arranged by Mahmud Madnipore, a businessman with a connection with the Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran. Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps has been declared a US terrorist organization. Experts believed that it would be impossible to implement the directive of the US court in international waters. A senior US official said that military force was not used in the operation.

He said that the tankers have not been confiscated, but the American officers threatened the boat owners and the captain, after which they handed over to the officials. He said that this is now the property of the US. Another US official said that there is no information about where the boats or their belongings are currently. Prosecutors allege that four boats were carrying 1.1 million barrels of oil to Venezuela. These tankers named Bella, Baring, Pundy and Luna never reached the South American country and are missing. However, two boats have subsequently appeared near Cape Verde.
