According to the statement by John Kirby(State Department Spokesman)told to media that,“What we have said- nothing is changed about our view that we want to see India and Pakistan work this out bilaterally,"
Nawaz Sharif,the Prime Minister of Pakistan has aforesaid he would lift the Kashmir matter in his speak to to the UN General Assembly in 2016. He has selected more than 20 special representatives on Kashmir who are travelling athwart the world, involving US.
Kirby including Pak’s efforts to hike the issue said, "That's for them to speak to."
