The first thing that you have to do is create a Broadcast list and you can message up to 256 people at the same time.

Step 1: Open WhatsApp and click on the Chats tab near Calls tab at the top of the app window.

Step 2: Now click on the three vertical dots located on the upper right corner of the main window.

Step 3: Now you will find the option on Choose New Broadcast.

Step 4: After this you have to pick all the names that you wish to include in that list to send messages.

Step 5: When you have selected all then tap on the green tick placed in the lower right-hand corner and you list is ready to send messeges to 256 people to send  more than this number then repeat this process again.
