Oil Massage: For prolong and dense hair, you have to massage your hair on a regular basis. It nourishes the hair and keeps the roots strong. Keep in mind that whenever massaging your hair, heat the oil moderately so that the oil gets absorbed well into the hair. If you cannot massage oil daily, then never mind, massage the hair a few hours before washing hair and do it twice a week. 

Shikakai and Amla powder- Soak the same amount of Shikakai and Amla powder in water at night and wash your hair with this water in the morning, applying Shikakai and Amla makes your hair long, soft and shiny.

Egg- Hair needs protein for nutrition, you can also use eggs for that. Take an egg and separate its yellow part, then apply it to the hair with light hands, and after two to three hours wash the hair with a shampoo. If the hair is falling very much, then massage the hair by adding a little olive oil to the white part of the egg, and by taking these measures three to four times a week, the hair loss is reduced.
