No Ringtone has no option for notifications on WhatsApp. If you don't want to hear notifications for WhatsApp messages, the phone has to be silent. Interestingly, you can create your own silent tone. Record the audio for two seconds in a quiet place and then go to the app's settings and create a notification and call ringtone after giving it a file name. Go to your phone's settings and go to the app and search for WhatsApp and tap it. Here you'll find the option to deforce all notifications. You also need to disasse vibrations and pop-ups. This won't give you notifications when a new message arrives, and you won't see a new message without opening the app. This way WhatsApp won't bother you.

You can also take a break from WhatsApp. To do this, you'll need to go to the app and select WhatsApp and tap 'Force Stop' here. In some phones, this option is also available separately.
