iPhone always challenge to their users to detect some error and now few iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus users are reporting some serious problems with their devices. The issue coined is related to “touch disease” is causing broken or unresponsive screens, along with a sparkling gray bar which shows at top of the screen.

As per the iFixit repair advocate Julia Bluff, “This issue is widespread enough that I feel like almost every iPhone 6/6+ has a touch of it (no pun intended) and are like ticking bombs just waiting to act up,” says Jason Villmer, owner of STS Telecom—a board repair shop in Missouri. He sees phones like this several times a week.”

Meanwhile,changing screen for a new one will not fix the problem either because the problem isn’t the screen.

Reports further points out, “the problem is the two touchscreen controller chips or Touch IC chips, on the logic board inside the device”
