Lots of new new web shows in a wide range of genres are set to boost Bengali viewers' entertainment level. A mixed platter of entertainment awaits the audience, ranging from crime thrillers to dramas, rom-coms to thrillers. 'Sundarbaner Vidyasagar,' directed by Korak Murmu, is among the promising new series. The new series features an interesting plot that explores the lives of widows living in a Sundarbans village. The storey is written by Arkadeep Mallika Nath.

In 'Sundarbaner Vidyasagar,' two well-known Bengali artists, Riddhi Sen and Ushasi Ray, will play pivotal roles. While Ushasi will play a widow, Riddhi will represent an intriguing character. With this next OTT project, the actor, who received a national award for Kaushik Ganguly's 'Nagarkirtan,' is poised to wow the audience once more.

Kaberi Basu, Sankar Debnath, Rupanjana Mitra, Loknath Dey, and many more brilliant artists from the industry will appear in the soon-to-be-streamed project. The first trailer for the next series was just released, and it was well received by the audience. Soon, 'Sundarbaner Vidyasagar' will be available to stream on a renowned Bengali platform.

Ushasi, on the other hand, isn't watching Bengali television. She had a meaty role in 'Rudrabinar Abhishaap' before all this. 'Kadambini' was her final television show on the small screen. Due to poor TRPs, it had a short season and was taken off the air sooner than expected.
