Kanpur: 10 policemen have been transferred to Chaubepur police station in Kanpur shootout case. The policemen of Chaubepur police station are under investigation in this case, all are under questioning. Three policemen have been suspended on suspicion of giving information to Vikas Dubey about this scandal.

A close aide of Vikas Dubey told the police that someone had received a call from the Choubepur police station before the police raided. After this revelation, all the policemen of Chaubepur are under suspicion. The police has not yet found any clue of the Kanpur encounter mastermind Vikas. 50 police teams are in search of him. The state police is on alert due to the possibility of Vikas entering Madhya Pradesh. The police are continuously raiding various places for the Vikas Dubey, even after that no trace of the accused has been found so far.

The police administration has increased the prize money announced in the name of Vikas to Rs 2.5 lakh. His posters have been installed throughout the state. On Thursday late night, the police team, which came to capture the dreaded criminal Vikas Dubey, living in village Bikeru of Chaubepur police station area of Kanpur, was indiscriminately firing, in which eight policemen including a magistrate, a police station were killed.
