Lucknow: A fire broke out in a JCB machine (bulldozer) that was removing encroachments in Farrukhabad in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday afternoon. During this time, the employees posted at the spot had to flee and save their lives. In fact, continuous removal of encroachments campaign is being carried out in Farrukhabad. Meanwhile, the work of removing encroachments in the Pakkapul area of the city was going on, it was reported that in the meantime, a sudden fire broke out in the bulldozer.

The fire caused panic among the municipal staff and those present nearby and the driver jumped off the bulldozer in time. After this, the public and employees present in the commotion brought the fire under control by pouring soil and water. However, the encroachment drive has been stopped for today after the accident.

The higher officials of the municipality Madakhlat Amle have been informed about this matter. The concerned officials have reached the spot and are investigating the cause of the fire in the bulldozers. The drive to remove the illegal occupation in Uttar Pradesh has been in full swing since the arrival of the Yogi 2.0 government. The help of bulldozers is being taken to remove the same encroachments in the districts.
