Lucknow: A major road accident has been reported in Uttar Pradesh's Ram Nagri Ayodhya on Tuesday. A private bus overturned uncontrollably while overtaking on National Highway 27 (NH-27). Three people died on the spot. About 30 passengers on the bus were reportedly injured. The injured passengers have been admitted to the district hospital in Ayodhya.

The bus that became a victim of the accident was going from Delhi towards Bansi and Siddharth Nagar. After the accident, District Magistrate Nitish Kumar issued a statement saying that efforts are being made to provide all possible help to the injured. According to the information, the help of a crane was taken to straighten the overturned bus during the accident. The bus could be straightened after a lot of effort through the crane.
