Lucknow: Police have arrested the accused while solving the mystery of the murder of a woman a week ago in Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh. It is being told that the woman was shot to death due to illicit relations. The incident was carried out by a man and his two sons. The dead woman used to repeatedly ask for money from her lover, due to which there was a fight in her house. The police have recovered the strings used in the murder on the spot.
Disclosing the case, Additional Superintendent of Police Hardoi Kapil Dev Singh said that a woman was killed on January 28 in village Nagla Lothu of police station Shahabad. His body was found in the sugarcane field. He was killed with a sharp weapon. A case of murder was registered and an investigation was being done in this regard. Police found out in the investigation that the deceased woman had an illicit relationship with someone. Then the investigation was moved in that direction.
The Kotwali police, SOG and SWOT team were formed to resolve the matter. SOG found out on the basis of surveillance that Qamar Khan, a resident of his village, murdered the woman along with her two sons. To hide the dead body, he was thrown in the sugarcane field. After this, the police have arrested all three.
