Rampur: A shocking news is coming out from Rampur district of Uttar Pradesh, where a young man was given a wrong injection by a doctor. Due to this, the young man has died. The family members agitated by the death of the young man surrounded the clinic and created ruckus and also protested against police outside the police station citing inaction.

The case relates to Manjhara village under the Tanda area of Rampur district. According to the information, Umra resident Umesh was ill. So he went to a clinic located in the village Dhakka Naglia. Doctor Javed present in the clinic gave him an injection in the name of treatment. After which Umesh's family took him home. Later Umesh's health deteriorated. The family took the young man to another place but in the meantime, he died. After this, the family arrived at Javed's clinic with the dead body and started an uproar.

On receiving information about the case, the police reached the spot and brought the hawkish doctor to the police station. Anil Kumar, brother of the deceased Umesh told that my brother (Umesh) had a cough and went to the clinic of doctor Javed. The doctor also took one lakh rupees from my brother. It is alleged that Dr Javed injected my brother with the wrong injection, which killed him. Umesh's brother Anil Kumar alleges that when we went to the police station to demand action, he was beaten up by the station in-charge. Anjaneya Kumar Singh, Collector of Rampur, says, 'I have given strict instructions in this matter.'
