The victim has complained to the SSP. In the application given to the SSP, the youth of Dehligate has said that his 15-year-old niece is studying in class ninth from a private school in the area. In the same school, the brother of an inspector of Gonda also studies. Often, the accused youth kept coming to his house. In the meantime, the accused young man entangled himself in his words and took pornographic pictures of him. After this he started blackmailing. Frustrated by the act of the accused, the teenager told his family members.

When the family complained to the Jalalpur police station, the police settled the two sides. Now the accused is threatening to make the pictures of the teenager viral on social media. There is also pressure to get married. The brother of the accused youth, who complains, also threatens to implicate him in a false case. In this regard, SSP Akash Kulhari has directed the police in-charge to investigate and register a case against the accused.
