Aligarh: A madrasa in The Aligarh district of Uttar Pradesh is proving to be an example for the world. Hindu and Muslim children are praying in the same room in the madrasa, which is run by former President Hamid Ansari's wife Salma Ansari. The name of this Madarsa of Aligarh is Chacha Nehru Madarsa.
Former Vice President Hamid Ansari's wife Salma Ansari, who has been targeting the protesters by announcing the construction of a temple and mosque at Chacha Nehru Madarsa, has set up a place of worship for children regardless of anyone. On one side of the room is a statue of Saraswati for Hindu children as well as a picture of Hanuman and Lord Shiva, and in the other part Muslim children recite the Quran.
Until the temple and mosque are constructed in the Madrasa complex, the children will worship in this one room and read the Quran. Salma Ansari is running Chacha Nehru Madarsa under the Alnoor Charitable Trust in Aligarh. There are about four thousand children in Madarsa.
