Bareilly: Crime cases are on the rise day by day in Uttar Pradesh. Now, the recent case that has come to light is triple talaq. The victim was taken hostage by her in-laws in the case. Devar then committed obscene acts. Not only that, the husband stuffed the cloth in his mouth and attacked him with a rod and the victim's ear was cut off. The case reportedly revealed that the husband divorced the woman when she reached her home. The entire case has been registered at Thana Izzatnagar and police have registered a case against nine persons including the victim's husband under various sections including triple talaq, assault, domestic violence. The entire case is said to be from Premnagar police station area of Bareilly.
According to the victim, who lives here, she was married to Naeem from Bhuda Nagaria and the husband has married a woman named Shakufi. The victim says her husband had left Maike about 16 days ago and when she reached her in-laws on Friday after completing her mother-in-law's death, the in-laws saw her and the fire broke out. The victim then referred to having her children. It is now alleged that Naeem, Saas Kanijan, Devar Mohammed Faeem, Sautan Shakufi, Nafisa, Mamu Manne, Mami Gudiya, Nand Shamim Nandoi Abrar started abusing him. After all this, Devar Mohammad Faeem committed obscene acts while holding it with the wrong intention and this has caused serious injuries on his genitals.
The victim says the accused in-laws took her hostage and snatched all the jewellery after protesting against it. It was during this time that the husband divorced her thrice in front of everyone. The victim says the accused husband Naeem stuffed a cloth in her mouth and hit her on the iron mouth. When he tried to escape, a piece of ear was cut off and fell to the ground. He has not been able to hear since then. Now, the police are investigating the entire matter.
