Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) website www.up-rera.in launched in Uttar Pradesh while the state became number four to launch this website in the country.
However, more than 200 developers and more than 90 agents have registered.
Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra is the three states who already launched RERA website.
Developers can now register their projects on the site and get a RERA registration number. They will also now be permitted to advertise those projects which have been registered online from July 31, 2017.
