Bhadohi: On Wednesday, a high-speed truck hit a bus full of school children in the city Kotwali area in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh, injuring a total of seven people, including five children. All the injured people were taken to Majraja Balwant Singh Government Hospital from where the driver of the bus and a child were referred to the Trauma Center in Varanasi in view of the critical condition.

SP Ram Badan Singh has said that the accident took place on Wednesday morning near Nevada in the Moti Chaki area of Kotwali when a bus carrying 40 children from Woodward Public School was going from their homes to school on Civil Line. When the school bus arrived in Nevada, the high-speed truck overtook it and hit the bus coming from the front, the people reached the bus after hearing the scream of the children on the bus.
