Chandigarh: During the Kanwar Yatra, the entire Meerut town has been colored in saffron color. On the other hand, the unique Kanwar passing through the highway has also drawn everyone's attention. In fact, during the Kanwar Yatra, while Mahadev's devotees are proclaiming a bol bomb, the patriotic atmosphere is also flowing.

In this link, someone is carrying the name of the martyrs, someone is paying homage to the brave martyrs from his own Kanwar. There is one such group in Bulandshahar district of UP which took several feet long tricolor Kanwar and reached Meerut from Haridwar. A group of Kanwaris from Keshavpur Satla in Bulandshahar reached Meerut on Sunday carrying a 401-foot-long tricolor to pay homage to the soldiers killed in the Kargil war. On the other hand, the villagers were uprooted to see Kanwar on the highway.

Everyone was saluting this unique tricolor Kanwar with the patriotism of the Devotees. Jagannath, who is leading the team, said he took a 351-foot-long trip last year. Their goal is to bring a 50-foot-long Kanwar every year. He said, his aim is to bring the tricolor to Kanwar to pay homage to the soldiers who lost their lives in Kargil. He is also informing the countrymen about the martyrdom of the soldiers through Tiranga Kanwar. The Kanwaris include 72 villagers from 6 to 40 years old wearing military uniforms.
