Recently, the case of crime that has come to light is from Ranipur village in the Manikpur police station area of Chitrakoot district of Uttar Pradesh, where a farmer disappeared mysteriously on Wednesday morning. In this case, there is a possibility of kidnapping if his motorcycle is found unclaimed on the road.

According to the information received there, Manikpur Police Station K.K. Mishra said, 'Lastlal Kushwaha (50), a farmer of Ranipur village in the police station area, was coming to Manikpur town Khoa on a motorcycle on Wednesday morning when he has mysteriously disappeared from the road. His motorcycle along with Khoa has received roadside approval. He further spoke in this matter and said, 'Currently, combing is being done in the jungle in view of the possibility of kidnapping by gangs of miscreants. However, till now no clue of the farmer has been found, nor has any phone related to asking for ransom come to the family. Farmer's mobile phone is off.
