Lucknow: On Tuesday morning, miscreants opened fire in Masida village under the Sikrara police station area of ​​Jaunpur district of Uttar Pradesh. Three people were injured by the bullet, while the bullet went out while touching the eye of one. The sudden firing caused a stir in the area. The villagers rushed all three to the district hospital. At present, the condition of all is said to be out of danger. The police force reached the spot and started an investigation. 

It is said that some youths of neighbouring village Vishunpur sit and consume ganja every day at the village's Banhware Veer Dih Baba temple. The villagers constantly opposed these youths. When Navratri started, women and girls started coming for worship. In the meantime, these youths started taunting the women and started molesting them. There was a dispute on this matter. People from both sides had gathered for the Panchayat. It is alleged that a young man who came to explain had put a pistol in his waist. Seeing the pistol, Ramnarayan alias Raman of the village asked why he had brought it. Saying this, the miscreant took out the pistol and hit him. It is alleged that in the meantime, two others also took out the pistol and fired six to seven rounds. 

Due to this, 32-year-old Pramod Yadav of Masida village was shot in the stomach. 30-year-old Vikas Yadav's right leg and 70-year-old Ramrayan alias Raman also sustained bullet injuries. At the same time, a bullet went out touching the eye of 22-year-old Mukesh. All were taken to the district hospital by private vehicle. On the spot, CO Sadar Ranvijay Singh, Additional Rural Shailendra Singh, and SO Sikrara Santosh Rai reached and got involved in the investigation.
