Lucknow: A shocking incident of crime is reported from Uttar Pradesh. Six man gang-raped a woman in Chitrakoot district of the state. Not only this, the accused made a video of it and made it viral on the Internet. The victim alleges that the police registered a case after the video went viral.

The incident happened on Monday under the Mau police station. Police say that they filed a case on Friday. Mau's SHO Arun Pathak has told that the woman was visiting a relative with a family. The accused stopped the woman midway. The woman was then forcibly tied to a tree and gang-raped. SHO confirmed that the 14-second video clip was made on October 28.

He said that a case has been registered against six people. At the same time, the victim has been sent for medical examination. The woman said that she went to the police station with a complaint. He told about the whole incident in front of the officials present there. But he was thrown away. She met SP after the video went viral and a case was registered after that.
