Moradabad: A horrific incident took place on Tuesday with a couple from Thana Chhajlat area of Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh. He said some people kidnapped him and his daughter and took them to a neighbouring district where they were held hostage and gangraped in front of them with their minor daughter. The parents have now filed a case against the accused alleging gang rape and forced marriage.

Police has started investigating the case. The officer says 'a case has been registered. Both sides are familiar with each other. Being investigated.' The victim, who is accused of kidnapping the three of them, including the local accused, daughter, and took them somewhere in Amroha and took them hostage and gangraped them in front of them on the strength of a tanche. The accused also forcibly married their minor daughter and threatened to kill someone if they told them about it. They have lodged a complaint with the police station. The girl is a minor. At present, on the complaint of the father, a case under Sections 376D, 342, 354, 506 of IPC has been registered against the accused and an inquiry has been initiated.

Superintendent of Police Gramin Vidyasagar Mishra said that according to the complaint lodged by the victim, his son went missing on June 27. On June 28, some of his acquaintances came to his house and took him with him on the pretext of finding his son and called his daughter out of kinship and gangraped him in front of them.
