Ghazipur: Ghazipur administration soon to demolish Ghazal hotel of Bahubali MLA Mukhtar Ansari's wife Afsa and her two sons Abbas and Umar. Last Thursday, the Ghazipur SDM court ordered the sabotage of the illegal construction portion of the Ghazal Hotel. The court has taken the decision after hearing the plea filed in the SDM Sadar court.
The SDM court has directed Mukhtar Ansari's wife and sons to demolish the illegal part of the hotel by giving them a week's notice. If Mukhtar's family did not take any action on the illegal construction of their hotel within 7 days, the administration would run the bulldozer. The cost of breaking the illegal part of the Ghazal hotel will also have to be paid by Mukhtar Ansari's wife and sons.
Last June 25, Ghazipur Sadar SDM Prabhas Kumar had landed the Ghazal Hotel in Mahubagh. There were a lot of irregularities. The hotel map was also cancelled by the SDM and an FIR was lodged against Mukhtar's wife Afsa and 12 including the two sons. The hotel's land registry was also found to be fake. The map was passed twice, which is illegal.
