Lucknow: The hearing in the Lucknow Bench of the High Court in the Lakhimpur violence case of Uttar Pradesh has been completed. The court has also reserved the decision while hearing the bail of Minister Teni's son Ashish Mishra. It is being told that the verdict will be pronounced in the next two to three days. Gopal Chaturvedi on behalf of the Minister's son Ashish Mishra and AAG Vinod Shahi on behalf of the government presented their side in the High Court.

A few days ago, the SIT had filed a charge sheet in the Lakhimpur violence case. In this 5000-page chargesheet, Ashish Mishra alias Monu Bhaiya, son of Union Minister of State for Home, has been made the main accused. In the chargesheet, 16 people including Ashish Mishra have been made accused. On October 3 last year, 8 people lost their lives during the clash between the supporters of Ashish Mishra and the farmers. The investigator has made other accused including Ashish Mishra accused of murder. According to the chargesheet, as part of a well-planned conspiracy, the protesting farmers were trampled by jeeps and SUVs.

In the investigation, the SIT found 17 scientific evidences, seven physical evidences and 24 video photographs in such a way that the problems of the accused increased. Along with this, 208 people testified. On this basis, the SIT has prepared its charge sheet. Witnesses have informed the SIT that the minister's son Ashish was present on the spot.
