Lucknow: Thursday night a 13-year-old student, who went to take sugar in a neighboring shop, was taken to the roof by a shopkeeper's nephew and raped. On resisting, he escaped from the scene by threatening to beat him to death by strangling her. Late in the night, the victim returned home crying and told the family the whole matter. The victim's father gave a complaint in the Sachendi police station on Friday morning.

Chatta operator, a village resident of the Sachendi area of ​​Kanpur district, said that the 13-year-old daughter of a Class VII student left the house and went to the grocery store to get sugar at around 10:30 pm on Thursday night.  When it was too late, the family began to search for her. They also asked the shopkeeper, but he refused to know. At about one o'clock in the night, the daughter returned home crying and accused Bidhunu Seedi resident the shopkeeper's nephew of raping. The student said that on shouting, the accused also slapped and threatened to kill her.

The victim's father alleges that both the uncles of the accused were also involved in the incident and they also molested the daughter. Late in the night, he reported on the control room, but the young man escaped. The minister said that the complaint has been received. The accused is being searched.
