Lucknow: A shocking case has come out of Mainpuri in Uttar Pradesh, where police have registered a case agains a 4 and 6 years old. Due to which the mother of the aggrieved children has appealed to the state CM Yogi Adityanath for justice. According to the media report, the case is of village Basait under the Thanan Kishni area of Mainpuri.

Anshul Chaturvedi, a resident of the village, got into a fight with his brother Chakresh alias Monu Chaturvedi over equal division of the roof. After which Anshul Chaturvedi's wife Ritu Chaturvedi, besides his brother-in-law, wrote a complaint in the name of Chakresh's wife Sangeeta and his two innocent sons and handed it over to the police.

In which an FIR has been lodged in the relevant sections of section 336 323 504 506 IPS, against two innocent Adarsh Chaturvedi, age 4, and Ayush alias Kanhaiya Chaturvedi, age 6, accusing them of beating and stone pelting. Although no statement of the police has been revealed on this matter, but the case of registering an FIR on such young children is making a lot of headlines.
