Lucknow: Violent Nilgai killed a farmer in Hamirpur district of Uttar Pradesh, whose video is now going viral on social media. The video of the Nilgai attack that has come to the fore is quite frightening. It can be clearly seen in it that Nilgai keeps attacking the farmer till his life is lost.

This incident is being told on Saturday evening. In Sumerpur, a farmer who had gone to collect hay in front of the Government Polytechnic College was attacked and crushed to death by a violent Nilgai. In the viral video, a wild and violent Nilgai is repeatedly crushing a 60-year-old farmer. During this, people were also trying to drive away by making noise, but they did not succeed. Some people also threw stones at the Nilgai so that he could run away in fear and save the life of the farmer, but all the efforts proved to be unsuccessful.

The name of the deceased farmer is Ram Asare Prajapati, who lost his life in the attack of Nilgai. Nilgai attacked the farmer when he was coming home after taking fodder from his field. After the death of the farmer, District President of BJP Kisan Morcha Siddharth Thakur has demanded the DFO to catch the violent Nilgai. On the same day, the DFO had ordered the Forest Officer of Sumerpur to form a team and catch this violent wild animal, but so far it has not been successful.
