Lucknow: A shocking case has come to light from Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Here, the friend for whom a teenager left her house, the same friend pushed the victim into the flesh trade. Not only this, he got the girl gang-raped by three people in one night. On the instructions of the Child Welfare Committee, a case was registered at Tajganj police station under the gang rape, Prevention of Trafficking Act, and POCSO Act. The Tajganj police have arrested seven people, including three women, while one accused is on the run.

According to the report, the 15-year-old girl, a resident of the Tajganj area, used to work as a meat packer at a meat factory in Kuberpur. In the factory, she became friends with Sameer. On January 26, the teenager ran away from home and reached Sameer's house. One night Sameer kept her at his house and the next day handed her over to a woman named Farzana, a resident of Kuberpur. Farzana along with another woman, Asma, took the victim to Tedhi Bagia. There he was handed over to a woman named Meena. Originally a resident of Ramnagar, Khandauli, Meena runs a prostitution business. She lured the teenager with the promise of a good job and accommodated her in a house in Tedhi Bagia. A young man named Yameen used to monitor the teenager.

The teenager has told that on the night of January 28, her bid was received. Three people, including Sanjeev Mittal, a resident of Kamla Nagar, and Yogesh, a resident of Awas Vikas, had come posing as customers and the three gang-raped the teenager. After which the teenager somehow escaped from there. The victim reached the New Agra police station and narrated her ordeal to the police. The teenager was presented before the Child Welfare Committee.  

The teenager told the police that on January 28, Meena took pictures of her doing her makeup and said that she would send the photos on WhatsApp for the job. Sanjeev Mittal, a resident of Kamla Nagar, who came as a customer, made the highest bid for the teenager. The police first arrested the teenager's friend Sameer while taking action in this case. After that, Farzana, Asma, Meena, and Yameen were arrested. After interrogating the accused, the police arrested Sanjeev Mittal, a resident of Kamla Nagar, and Yogesh, a resident of Awas Vikas. The third accused is absconding.
