Bareilly: Rajesh, who is trying to change from male to female after gender change, has been accepted by the Railways as a woman. Rajesh aka Sonia has fought for this for 3 years. Chief Factory Manager Izzatnagar has sent a letter to the Department of Personnel saying that Rajesh Pandey should be considered a woman till the final order of the Railway Board comes.

Rajesh Pandey aka Sonia is working as Technical Grade-I in the office of the Chief Factory Manager of the Izatnagar Railway Division of Bareilly.
