Lucknow: Even after the stringent law, the cases of love jihad are not stopping, such cases keep coming up from different corners of the country, in which Muslim youth hide their identity and trap young women of other religions and then sexually abuse them and pressure them to convert to Islam. A recent case has been reported from the Sitapur district of Uttar Pradesh.
In Sitapur, a Muslim boy changed his name to Love Jihad and trapped a Hindu girl in his love trap and also got married. An FIR has been registered in this regard at Kotwali Laharpur. According to the report, a young man named Wasim, by telling his name Arjun trapped the Hindu girl in his love trap and married her. The victim said that after a year when she came to know that the boy was Waseem, a resident of the Laharpur area and not Arjun, she opposed it.
According to the report, when the victim resisted, the accused youth and his family started arguing. The dispute reached the tehsil. A woman who reached the tehsil narrated the entire incident to a lawyer. The lawyer called the police. Police started an investigation and the outpost in-charge Jai Prakash said that the boy had married the victim in the temple by telling the name Arjun. A case has been registered in this regard. Let me tell you that, in a recent raid on the radical Islamic organization Popular Front of India (PFI), it was revealed that this organization also gives cash to Muslim youth to trap Hindu girls in this way and also arranges for their living.
