Dehradun: In the last two years of the Uttarakhand government, the government has got 28 complaints against 22 bureaucrats. These include 8 IAS and 14 PCS officers. The highest seven were in the role of the collector of Nainital and Haridwar, against IAS officer Deepak Rawat. One of his complaints has been disposed off. All the bureaucrats have received one complaint against each other.

This has been disclosed in the information sought as per the Right to Information Act. Information on the application of Personnel Alertness Department Hanuman Prasad Tiwari has given this information on the application of RTI activist Nadeemuddin, a resident of Kashipur. These complaints against IAS and PCS officers have been on since 2018 and 2019. The personnel department of Kamplno has also been settled against many of these officers.

According to the information received, the complaint was received in the year 2018 against IAS officers Radha Raturi, Chandresh Yadav, and Bal Mayank Mishra. In the year 2019, a Complaint was found against IAS Anand Bardhan, Nitesh Kumar Jha, Ram Bilas Yadav, and Nitika Khandelwal. Of these, a Complaint of Deepak Rawat, Radha Raturi, and Chandresh Yadav has been settled. The disposal process has stalled due to non-receipt of affidavits in two complaints against Deepak Rawat and one related to Nitika Khandelwal. The disposal of four complaints of Deepak Rawat and the complaints of Nitesh Kumar Jha, Anand Bardhan and Ram Bilas Yadav is underway. The case is now being investigated.
