Dehradun: Cabinet Minister Chandan Ramdas's health suddenly deteriorated during the Assembly session in Uttarakhand on Wednesday. After which he was taken to Doon Hospital. However, due to the absence of a cardiologist in Doon Hospital, he had to be taken to Max Hospital. Dr. Khatri of Doon Hospital has given information in this regard.  

Dr. Khatri informed the media in this regard that, "In view of the deaths taking place in Chardham, a committee was constituted, due to which Amar Upadhyay, a cardiologist at Doon Medical College, was also sent to Chardham. However, Doon Hospital's medical superintendent Pisi Pant and Dr Anurag saw minister Chandan Ramdas and referred him to Max when the ECG malfunctioned. '

State CM Pushkar Singh Dhami reaches Max Hospital to know the plight of Minister Chandan Ramdas. Health Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat also reached Max Hospital. On being referred to Max Hospital from Doon Hospital after minister Chandan Ramdas's health deteriorated, former Congress state president Pritam Singh said, "The state health department itself is sick. There is a shortage of cardiologists, it is an extremely pathetic condition. '
