Dehradun: Even after the approval of CM Trivendra Singh Rawat of Uttarakhand, the file of adverse entry against two engineers remained buried in the section for 14 months. After a long time, the CM expressed his displeasure at the submission of the file and gave strict instructions for action. On changing the entire section, Chief Secretary Om Prakash said, "This is an unannounced warning, improve in time, otherwise you will not be free from action."

On Tuesday, on the letter of Secretary PWD RK Sundhashu, SAD changed the entire staff of one of Loniv Section to new staff. This action was taken on the instructions of the CM office. When asked about this on Wednesday, the Chief Secretary said, two superintending engineers were given adverse entry in 2019. CM was approved on this file. He sent the file to the section on the same day.

This file was presented by the section in July. Meaning after 14 months the file was presented. Whereas the file with the CM order should be implemented within a week. The section had the option to reconsider the file. He could send the file again at a higher level but the file was not sent. This is a huge mistake. The CM's instructions were to change everyone. His order was implemented. After the case of LONIVI section came up, many sections of the state secretariat have climbed in the eyes of the CM. The same has now given strict orders for action on the entire case.
