People are now expected to get some relief from coming to Orange Zone in Dehradun district. According to the central government guidelines, private cars can be conditionally permitted in the Orange Zone along with Ola cabs and other taxis. However, the local administration will decide. District Magistrate Dr. Ashish Kumar Srivastava says that relief will be given only after the Central Government's guidelines are received. Currently, the lockdown rules will be followed.

The challenges have increased
The DM said that the challenges have increased further after coming to the Orange Zone. Now the next goal is to reach the Green Zone. Amidst the lockdown, the administration has given necessary relief to the people. Factories, books and fan shops are opening. Shops of essential services are opening daily from 7 am to 1 pm. Hopefully, the guidelines issued by the central government will provide more relief to the people. Ola cab and taxi services can be discounted in the Orange Zone. It will be allowed to carry two passengers besides the driver.

Chief Minister asked for permission to operate trains
The state government has sent a proposal to run 12 trains to the center to provide safe house to those trapped outside the state. The Chief Minister said that the High Power Committee constituted for the prevention of Covid-19 has decided that people can be brought back quickly by operating the train. It will be made compulsory for everyone coming from outside the state to download the Arogya Setu app. Investigation will be done on entering the state. After that the Arogya Setu app will be downloaded.
