Dehradun: In the police station area of Dehradun, an eighth-grade student has committed suicide by hanging herself. At present, nothing has been known about the reasons for the suicide of the minor girl. After getting the information, the police who reached the spot are investigating the case of suicide because the student has not left any suicide note. The police is ascertaining whether the student was under stress or something else was the reason behind committing suicide.
Station Cantt in-charge Sanjay Mishra says that the student's body has been filled and the Panchnama has been sent to the hospital for post-mortem. Since the case of self-immolation of a minor girl is very serious, the police is investigating the whole matter from various aspects. The father of the deceased student is employed as a guard in the Survey of India. Apart from the deceased student, they also have two small children. In the presence of the family, the student gave her life by hanging from the fan.
Let us tell you that even in Dehradun, cases of suicide are constantly increasing. DG Law and Order Ashok Kumar Nabe has told that the cases of suicide in the state have increased by about 15 to 20 percent. He says that till June, around 300 suicide cases have come to light in the state, while in the year, about 500 cases were reported.
