Dehradun: Former Uttarakhand Chief Minister and Congress Election Campaign Committee Chairman Harish Rawat said that when he comes to power in 2022, he will shift the capital to Gairsan after infrastructure development and infrastructure in two and a half to three years. The assembly building at Garsan has not been constructed to build a museum. He said, on the first day of the session on November 29, Congress will take out a massive rally in Gairsan to warn the government.

Talking to media at the same Congress headquarters, Harish Rawat and Congress State President Ganesh Godial put the BJP in the dock on the issue of non-violence. Speaking on the occasion, former Chief Minister Rawat said that BJP is cheating the people of the state in the name of Gairsan. Even after being the summer capital, holding winter sessions there raises questions about the government's destiny. Earlier, state president Ganesh Godiyal said, the Congress stand on the issue of non-sensitization is clear. No one should doubt the party's destiny.

He said that nine months ago, former BJP CM Trivendra Rawat had announced to make Gairsan the summer capital due to the session, but since then, not even a single employee has gone to Gairsan, except from the Chief Minister to the CS and from the Divisional Commissioner to the Commissioner. In such a situation, questions are being raised only on the announcement of the Government.
