Haridwar: A case of embarrassing humanity has come to light in the Haridwar city of Uttarakhand, where a four-year-old minor was raped by a young man. Based on the complaint of the victim's mother, the police registered a case and arrested the accused. The accused has been identified as Deepak, a resident of Kangri.
