Dehradun: Former CM Harish Rawat has reacted sharply to a statement by Union Minister Prahlad Joshi. Harish Rawat said that Joshi's statement is very disturbing. In which he has said that the children studying in Ukraine who have gone there to get medical education are incompetent. He can't even pass the NEET exam in India.

On his Facebook page, Harish Rawat, while addressing the Union Minister, said that at this time the question is not whether he can pass the NEET exam or not. The question is, what decision is the central government taking to save their lives? You have already been too late and when death is really standing on their head, you are hurting the people of India by making such a statement.

Harish Rawat said that Prahlad Joshi should apologise for his statement. Harish Rawat said that children do not go to Ukraine or outside to study because they cannot pass the exam. They also go because they get medical education for Rs 25-30 lakh there. Whereas in their country, this education is available to them by spending more than one and a half crore rupees.
