Dehradun: BJP MLA Kunwar Pranav Singh Champion of Khanpur area of Roorkee in Uttarakhand has been summoned by the state president again. The case is of a video going viral on social media, which has once again stirred in the political corridors.

In the viral video, MLA champions are seen taking out a procession and greeting the supporters. The supporter is seen waving arms in the convoy. On which once again the BJP President has summoned Champion on Friday. Pranab Singh champion, who returned to BJP after 13 months, has once again come into the limelight. His video went viral on social media on Wednesday. However, he said that "It is an old video, which is going viral".

On the other hand, reports of 47 people including a person at Lotan Community Health Center in Gorakhpur district of the state found positive. A report from the Lucknow Medical College on Thursday confirmed the COVID-19 infection. After this, the Health Department team admitted them to the isolation ward of the Women's Hospital. So far 2,117 have been found infected in the district. Of these, 1,554 people have gone home healthy. 543 people are undergoing treatment, while 20 people have died in the district so far since COVID-19. The number of COVID-19 infected patients is increasing daily.
