The new Flying Spur V8 has made its entry to full production at Bentley’s Crewe headquarters. It’s the world’s first carbon-neutral factory for lavish car manufacture. Orders for the car are being accepted globally also, the first batch has been dispatched from the factory.

Bentley Motors Ltd. is bringing back its successful V8 engine as an alternative to the iconic W12. The Flying Spur V8 weighs 100 kg lighter than the W12 version and will ease you as the vehicle feels more agile and responsive. The V8 engine contributes to a 15% reduction in CO2 emissions and benefits from an increased range between fuel stops. At the core of the car sits a 4.0-liter, twin-turbocharged V8 engine, producing a peak power of 550 PS and using twin-scroll turbos. V8 also got an interesting option to shut down four of its eight cylinders under light-load conditions when torque demand is below 235 Nm and engine speed is below 3000 rpm just if you plan to speed up with fuel. The new model upgraded itself with the latest powertrain and chassis advancements such as Adaptive Air Suspension, Torque Vectoring by Brake, Drive Dynamics Control, and Electric Steering, all of which are standard features.

Moreover, V8 Flying Spur is available in both four- and five-seat configurations. The features of this dynamic model include Bentley Rotating Display, Apple CarPlay, photorealistic landscapes through Satellite maps, and advance warning of changing road or traffic conditions via the Local hazard information service. Also, it’s said that the flying spur has been one of the most popular products from Bentley.
