Mumbai: Maharashtra has once again set a big record. In fact, Maharashtra is number one in the country in delivering both doses of vaccine under the recent information. In fact, last Saturday (September 4th), 12 lakh 6 thousand 327 people were vaccinated in a day. Similarly, the total dose of vaccine administered so far under vaccination drive in the State has increased to more than 62.7 crores. Let us also tell you that earlier Uttar Pradesh had set a record in the country and now Maharashtra has set this record after that.

In fact, Maharashtra has set the highest ever recorded by vaccinating 11 lakh 4 thousand 464 people in a single day on 21st August in the state. Last Saturday, Maharashtra demolished that record and achieved a new height. Last Saturday, 12 lakh 6 thousand 327 people were vaccinated under the vaccination drive and this is said to be the highest ever record of the vaccination program.

The same was stated by Dr. Pradeep Vyas said after the record was set: "All the components of the health department have a hand in achieving this record. As per the information received, a total of 6 crores 15 lakh 16 thousand 137 people have been given vaccine doses in Maharashtra so far. Maharashtra is said to be number one in the country in terms of the number of people who have taken both doses.
