The state-of-the-art GPS system has been installed in all the battery cars by the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board to make the Vaishno Devi Battery Car Service running on the Bhavan Marg completely safe for devotees.

For monitoring the 24-hour battery cars, the building, as well as the control room, has been built in Ardhkuwari, so that while devotees will get rid of overloading, the battery car drivers will be able to run the battery car route at regular speed. At the same time, the battery car drivers will not be able to do over-charging with the devotees, nor will they be able to sit on their own in the middle.

Actually, the devotees were facing problems in this regard and many types of complaints were being received by the Shrine Board. With this, the sign board has deployed state-of-the-art JPS system in all these battery cars. Efforts are being made continuously by the Shrine Board to ensure that the battery car is available on the Sewa Bhavan road for maximum time for the devotees.
