Srinagar: The desire to see Goddess Vaishno Devi is good news for the devotees. The Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board has prepared the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) to begin the journey in the near future. However, initially the facility of mother's darshan will be started only for pilgrims from Jammu and Kashmir. Which will later be opened to devotees from all over the country. The matter is yet to be approved by the central government.

Due to the ongoing lockdown in the entire country due to the Corona epidemic, all the famous pilgrimage places in the country are completely closed. Which includes the holy place of world famous mother Vaishno Devi. The temple has been closed to devotees since March 18. But now slowly the lockdown is opening and life is returning on track. Business activities are also being restored once again. In such a situation, now it can be expected that soon the central government can announce the opening of all the major religious places of the country.

However, there is no information regarding when the houses of Vaishno Devi Bhavan will open for devotees. But to start Vaishno Devi Yatra, what will be its shape and form is constantly being discussed. The Standard Operation Procedure has almost been prepared by the Shrine Board. The Shrine Board is only waiting for instructions from the central government.
